Ventanas Surgery Center, our reception team
will assist you in completing all medical
documents.
Please arrive at our surgery center one
hour prior to your scheduled surgery or
procedure. This time is very important
to prepare you for your surgery or
procedure. On occasion, there may be
cancellation(s) and we may need to call
you to come in earlier than originally
scheduled.
Do not bring valuables with you.
Leave all jewelry at home and arrange to
leave your wallet or purse with your
waiting friend or family member.

out of network benefits. Patients are only
required to pay their in-network co-pays,

Q: Can I drive after my procedure?
A: No, you are required to have a responsible adult (family member or friend) transport you from the facility home and to remain with you for 24 hours.
